This is an ARC read. This was also a book that made me cry. One that was at times a little too close to home, even though it's been over a decade, some of it even longer, closer to two, I felt it, I understood. I finished it with, well not a sense of pfew because NO HEA and a CLIFFHANGER! 
But do I recommend it? Absolutely! It has multiple POV's but it's never confusing. It's never too much. It shows you how others see it, experience it - the villain - the friends - the hero - I don't want to say victim but you get my drift. I listened to part of the Spotify list it came with (I love this trend, I want to be there for every single book I read) I was quiet, I read past my bedtime yesterday coz I HAD TO finish it ...now I just want to read book 2 coz the ending is too raw to just leave it behind and go to the next book (which I will regardless). This book is very detailed, one chapter comes with it's own warning. This book is very intense, and it showed me that things from the past can be in your mind again, so those trigger warnings are serious. Did it stop me? Nope .... I guess you experience it differently.

This is a really cute love story about Zoe and Ben. I read it without reading the first one of the series and even though it made absolute sense, I still had the feeling I would enjoy it more thoroughly if I read book 1 first.  To really understand what happened and how Zoe became the way she did. 

On it's own it is a beautiful love story and it shows how, even when you are happy, you have to consciously put in an effort to maintain your relationship, communicate, give each other space and trust. And even when there is temptation from the other side, think ... this is not just in love, but at work too ... That grass is not always greener, not really. And the most important lesson I think: trust your gut, from day one, if something feels off, listen ... keep going, but be aware.

Well Thiago, as it happens, I did my chores before sitting down and reading this  ACCUSATION!! Coz I'm a good girl - Sincerly Pat

But yeah this was a good book, not a fast reading one, coz there were a lot of layers, a lot of depth, and it's a 3 POV that left me wondering until the end. Some stuff I had figured out but man!! That final chapter!! Of course it's book 1 so now I HAVE to get my hands on book 2 when it's released so I can continue this very addicting deep story! So HEA? I think so but I am not sure, I am afraid to say anything really coz I have many many questions in my head now ... Well done Maddison! I look forward to the sequel ...

Kristen gave me the chance to read this book a while ago, I purposely scheduled it close to release date and I am so happy I waited to read it ... It was soooo good ... but chapter 19 just broke my heart. I felt it all.
It's in the world of Elves ... or Smexy Elves ;)
The POV is from Emmaline ... and man .. It's hard to not root for whatever she is rooting for :)
It was a fluent read, it took me less than 24 hours to finish it, well no, devour it.
I even read it in the back seat of the car for a 20 min drive, I needed to know what happened next.
And the ending .... a smudge black dark real feel good stuff (believe me, it felt good) and the feels.
Yeah go get it, read it, devour it, bring out your stalker self and own it.

This was an ARC read.

This was also the first time I truly read a book with one of the MC's that carried the name of one of my sons ... (I had a Ben before but that was a Benoit so it wasn't quite the same LOL).

I admit I blurred out the name Christopher in my brain in some of the steamy scenes because that was just a bit too creepy for me (I don't want to read about my son having steamy ***) 

But other than that it was very cute. I loved the fact the FMC had a bookstore (if I ever win Euromillions it's what I'll do) and the 2 POV was again very well written.

You got enough backstory to get the overall feel of what had happened and it didn't feel rushed at all.

This was book 3 of Brews, Blooms & Books - but it was perfect to read as a stand alone. I do feel like I want to read the other ones too at this point, which will lead to a re-read of this one since it's the final one.

It was a quick read, well paced and kept me going to finish it! I recommend!

This was an ARC read.

It was also my first kink/BDSM story.

But in the end it was so much more than just that, it was a story about loss, and how parents can really mess up their kids, or make them people that deserve love and loyalty.

If you are not into the darker side of romance don't get it. it does have several trigger warnings, and they are there for a reason. BUT if this doesn't bother you (I still have to find one that stops me from reading) give this novel a shot. And it's really cool that this is the first of a trilogy. I look forward to discover the other 2 stories. It's 2 POV - it's dark and explicit - but it's good and well he's a good boy ;-)

This was an ARC read.

This was a cute book. It's presented as a stand alone from a series but I think I would have enjoyed it more if I read book 1 too.

I know the moment I get a chance I will read it though :) Since I have some questions left and/or feel like I miss certain thing to fully grasp the whole story.

But in the end it's about when love comes knocking, and how it's important that it is at the right time. Just like real life. It's not easy, it can be full of heartbreak but when it finally is the right time, it all just comes together. Hurricane and B discovered this the hard way ...and even though 6 years is not the biggest age gap ever, it can be big enough at certain points in life it makes a difference. I enjoyed their story, I want to read more about Gray and Mia and I suspect Rylee will be next and I am definitely going to check it out.

Review: Layouts of Us

I liked this one, it was a slow burn, and it took me longer than usual to read but I loved the details and struggles of Ash. You could feel it in your bones. It was set over several years and it shows how long and hard it can be and take to trust your heart to someone when you are damaged. Through life, through childhood, through other "loves" but it's brilliant to see Ash evolve. I hope one day to read Blake's story too

Esme and Linc ... what a beautiful heart breaking story.

Dark and not the easiest background story. It won't be for everyone but if you can get past it, I would suggest it. This one comes with a playlist too,  I like that, somehow it makes you experience the story even deeper. I am definitely checking out Breeze's story too.

If you have triggers, please check the warnings beforehand, but otherwise give it a chance ... The 2POV's and the flash backs give you a detailed story and feeling, without being graphic or detailed but it doesn't leave much to the imagination either ... I felt like a good sob or a meeting with a punchbag at times ... so yeah it got to me ... Beautiful.

I seem to be in a spiritual kinda of mood lately ... angels and now Priests?? Ok a fake priest but still ...I liked it it was very cute, fun at times, and a bit hot, more spice would have been cool and well I wish I had more pages to read. I didn't feel completly satisfied but I am seriously thinking about reading London Magic 1 and since I know it's a trilogy I will be looking for book 3 too ... so I hope reading all 3 of them will leave me satisfied but I am craving some pastries right now, if possible made by a hot priest who is not really a priest ... and big shout out to Luna! The Queen!!

This was an ARC read I received from Antonella.

And my first Angel smut-book ... This is the fun of reading ARC ... you get to read books you don't usually pick out because something about them is like "hmm nah" ... since I am not a religious person I was kinda taking a dive into the deep end ... and what a dive! This kind of angel can always come and visit me ... I read it in 2 days and I really really wanted to continue to see how the story ended for Talia - who was going to be her HEA, if there would even be a HEA ... I had all my questions answered and I cannot wait to read another one of Ms Sinner's books (you gotta love the surname too!)
