Welcome back inside the world of Emberlyn.

Welcome to book 2 and the story of Sabina and Raven.

We get to know a bit  more of what happens behind the scenes at Cinder Falls.

We get to know Emberlyn better ...

Yet we are still to get to know Sabina, is she just as we fear, when we met her in Wrath?

I had to admit, after Wrath I REALLY did not like her ... she had to grow on me ;) 

Where the Italian was a bit more challenging with the family dynamics with Sabina's family you could still sense the serious character her dad is, and it made me wonder how Josephine can live with 2 so headstrong people.

We get to meet more of Raven ... and his brother Thames, and their family dynamics, which is hilarious most of the time ... coz it feels like Raven can never win against them, and yeah it makes you chuckle out loud :) 

Then we discover the Player. And it leaves you to wonder:

Is NOTHING or NO ONE who they seem in Cinder Falls?

is Emberlyn the player? Or are they being played as well ?
