I received this as an ARC read.
This is the beautiful story of Elle and Thom ...
An original spin on Beauty and the Beast.
About legends and how truthful they are, or are not ...
Jealousy and power hungry people
Book people
Rich and poor
And what happens when your friendship is tested, is power or wealth more important, or is your friend?
I could tell you so much more but I don't want to spoil it ... I can tell you though: CLIFFHANGER! I hop to get the chance to read book 2 :)

Burn by Andrea Dean Wow.... Wow.... Wow .... The title burn could go well any way... And what a gem! ... Nora and Astar stole my heart ... It's about love in many forms, finding your other half of the puzzle ... It kept me spellbound in so so many ways. I am so happy and proud I got an early copy of this treasure and now I am sad and a little lost ... It's finished ... And i have to wait til next year to continue this wonderful journey ... I cannot wait! 6 runes out of 5 😈

Hi there!  My name is Pat aka BlackCat and rolled into ARC reading by accident in March 2026. I didn't realize I had one in my possession all along received back in October 2024. The idea of this blog is to have an overview of read books and ARC's by me, reviews and blurbs/teasers of ARC's coming up. There are links to other sites like my Bookstagram and Goodreads and other ARC related pages. I will start this bookjourney from 01.01.2026. I am a wife, a boys-mom and a cat-mom. I like music (metal - new wave - gothic), series/movies, anime and other geek stuff. But enough about me, let's talk about what you came here for BOOKS! BC

Dodge Devil's Tide MC #1 by B. Sobjakken Man, I wasn't even close to being ready to finish this book. I wanted to know more, read more. I wanted to read more about Dodge and Autumn and Winnie .. I have so many question left. It was spicier than most books but I loved it. The groupchat in between was hysterical. But why couldn't it be a few chapters longer ... Do I need to say I want to read more about the Devil's Tide? About the whole family? I loved it! 🏍 🏍 🏍 🏍 🏍 out of 5
